Cod Fillet Goujons

The perfect thing  for Fish Friday (or any day really).
These Cod Fillet Goujons by Chapman’s Seafoods Ltd are coated in a light crispy breadcrumb. For best results cook from frozen.
Oven Bake: Remove from packaging & place onto a baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven at 220ºC/200°C Fan/Gas Mark 7 for 12-15 minutes.
Or
Deep Fry: Preheat the oil to 180ºC and cook for 3-5 minutes until thoroughly cooked.
